This is an excellent book for anyone regardless of your situation. It can be used as a self help book or textbook. It offers guidance for individuals to understand and help a love one experiencing similar circumstances, empower individuals going through it, or even help students, advocates, lawyers, policymakers, justice officials, and others within the field understand DV and how it impacts victims and survivors.
